Legal basis for the processing is based on the fulfillment of contractual and legal obligations.

The conferment of data is to be considered optional, but any refusal to supply them could result in the non-continuation of the contract, its proper performance and any legal obligations.
Period for which the personal data will be stored
In compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, in according to art. 5 European Regolation n° 2016/679, the data retention period is established for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected. After, personal data will be stored, and not further processed, for the time established by the current provisions on civil and fiscal regulations.

Personal data may be communicated:
- to our employees in relation to the activities carried out within the scope of accounting records;
- to natural or legal persons, public or private, when the communication of data is functional or necessary for the performance of our activities for the purposes illustrated;
- to subjects to whom the access right is recognized by regulatory;
- to banking institutions for the management of payments deriving from the execution of contracts.
